Outcomes focused practice refers to practice which always aims towards appropriate outcomes, within the relationship with the adult being the primary focus of practice. An outcome focus ensures that practitioners are always mindful of different outcome options for people, and that outcome options will be devised in terms of their desires and capabilities, within the policy and legislative context.
